Yellowstone

I've travelled around much of the USA, both cities and countryside alike. Yellowstone National Park is without doubt my favourite place. I first visited Yellowstone NP in 2005 and absolutely fell in love with it. The landscape is breathtaking and its a privilege to see the wildlife close up in its natural surroundings (although sometimes a little too close for comfort!).

My hubby and I always try and visit outside the tourist season in order to avoid the crowds which really helps my photography, however sometimes we can go almost all day without seeing another soul which can be a little unnerving at times. On our last trip our car was surrounded by a pack of wolves which was an exhilarating experience and luckily I had my camera on my knee at the time so managed to get some shots.
